I hope you are excited for our mermaid session!

Before our session I thought it would be a good idea to give you some information regarding a mermaid shoot.

I would love to be open and honest with you for a second.

The results from these sessions are pure magic however that doesn’t always mean it is the easiest of sessions. Posing in water can feel awkward and strange but this is when you have to trust the process and trust the vision, that is when we capture the magic! There is absolutely no pressure to be able to do certain poses or to do them on the first try, we just go with the flow and see what works best for you on the day. With that in mind I will be there to guide you every step of the way!

Going into this session feeling relaxed and with an open mind will allow you to fully immerse yourself in the session and I can promise you that you’ll have the most amazing and unforgettable experience. It is one very special way to capture your life so best to dive into the session and be open to the experience and I’m here to help you do that.

What to bring:

A towel

A robe if you like

Warm clothes or something easy to chuck on after (socks are a great idea for those cold mornings)

Water

A warm drink of after

Don’t:
Please do not wear fake tan for your underwater session. When it comes to editing underwater images there is a lot of time and work that goes into getting your skin tone right. When fake tan is applied or applied unevenly it can be very difficult to correct this. I promise my edits will give you a nice natural glow!

No need to wear makeup or have your hair done however this is completely personal preferene! If you wish to do it feel free but just know there is no need. A lot of the shots won’t be focused on your face etc
